A&R Transportation and Homecare Services, LLC, is a community-based agency, driven by the desire to assist individuals with access to reliable transportation and in-home care services. Our routes include schools, medical appointments, pharmacy, and everyday errands. Our in-home care services included personal care, end-of-life care, companionship, hospital-to-home and errands/shopping, etc. A & R Transportation and Homecare Services expands the options for individuals of any age with/without disabilities. We are a company made up of over 20 years of experience among population Aged and Disabled population and Child Welfare. We are an Department of Public Health Personal Service Agency and an FSSA Medicaid waiver certificate provider in Indiana in good standing. We are also contracted with American Veteran Care Connection (AVCC) to assist veterans with attendant care and help them obtain necessary benefits. Our agency delivers a commitment of high-level service(s) for clients.

Our in-home care services included personal care, end-of-life care, companionship, hospital-to-home and errands/shopping. We provide services including but not limited to Strucuted Family Care, Attendent Care, Long Term Care, Short Term care, Homemaker, Transportation, Veteran In home support.
We provide transportation for everyday needs trips to and from the following:

Services are redeemable by private pay, contract workers comp insurance, Health insurance, long /short term insurance and subcontractor services.
